Club Reports: Wall Street Plaza, Hooch, Aero Bar, Celine Rooftop

We began our Friday night at Wall Street Plaza in the heart of downtown Orlando. We apologize for photo quality in this article (they’re horrible) because we decided to go with just a cell phone camera instead of one of the Nikon cameras.
Out on the plaza itself, DJ SilverWolf (USA) was just getting the night started.
He would play an Open Format set all evening with a mix of old and new Top 40, EDM and even some House.
On the left (north) side of Wall Street are three bars and clubs while on the right (south) side are four more including our favorite Monkey Bar. Admission is typically free except when there’s a special event. For instance, DJ It’s Murph (USA) will be playing here on September 21st while DJ Diesel (USA) aka Shaq will be playing here on October 19th. Details and advance tickets here.
The only venue with anything going on at this early arrival time was Hooch (formerly Globe).
DJ Sharkey (USA) was in the corner booth, also doing an Open Format night.
Wall Street Plaza‘s largest club is called Shine (formerly Slingapour’s) and it’s immediately next door.
Hooch is a large room with an equally large bar occupying the center.
Next stop, a downtown favorite, Aero Bar.
With Friday night resident DJ Cliff T (USA).
The music all House and EDM.
Still kind of early but the dance floor began to populate.
The lasers were flying.
It gets absolutely packed up here by midnight on Friday and Saturday nights because the peeps want House music.
Admission to “The Block” set of clubs is free and includes not only Aero but also The Patio and The Corner, among others.
One more stop; Celine Orlando.
The ground floor main stage was not in use last night so it was up to the rooftop we went.
We arrived to a rapidly filling rooftop dance floor.
DJ Pacho Berrocal (USA), celebrating his birthday, was in the booth when we arrived.
Giving us a mostly non-vocal House set.
Spotted on the dance floor: DJ Steffen Volkmann (D/USA) flanked by Nazila and Dina.
And then at midnight, there he was!
DJ Chus (E)
Dance floor got jammed! He opened with a Latin House number but his set was mostly non-vocal House and Tech House.
Chus was previously part of famed DJ duo Chus & Ceballos (E) as seen in this 2015 Blog archive photo at Tier Nightclub. They went their separate ways a few years ago.
Pablo Ceballos (E) seen in another archive photo from 2021 right here at Celine.
Chus had the dance floor bouncing.
It was a great night to be outside.
A good time was had by all.
